*A minisymposium proposal should consist of the title, a brief description of the scope and goals, and names of the speakers. The organisers should contact the suggested speakers in advance to check whether they are interested. (A minisymposium will normally consist of at least four talks.)
The registration fee includes only the: coffee breaks, drinks reception, and delegate pack (including the book of abstracts).
It can be paid either: online or in cash upon your arrival at the registration desk.
The exact amount of the fee will depend on the number of days attended and the status of the participants, as below:
